This tells me BBC are offering two qualities (aka representations) 128k and 320k in AACin DASH streams. I can't say if they actually work at the moment but if you have a DASH player you can play the MPD URL and select the bandwidth you want. Code: --

If you are using a current version of Chrome - a browser based DASH player is found here http://mediapm.edgesuite.net/dash/public/support-player/current/index.html Paste URL into box and the click Load. This has lots of control over playing but if wrong selection is made - nothing is played.
