I've run the custom scan for LastFM in an effort to get some artwork. After the scan is completed, my folder is populated with a bunch of jpg files for the various artists in my library. But the majority of the files are corrupt/not complete. Has this happened to anyone else? I've run the sca

Does it help if you goto "SqueezeCenter Settings/Network" and raise the "Radio Station Timeout" parameter to a higher value and perform a new rescan with Custom Scan ? By the way, I've moved my issue tracker to the Google Code project, the old one is no longer used. The Google Code project can be

Yep. Didnt work. I increased the timeout from Default 5 to 60 secs. Same result. And as mattias mentioned, it seemed to connect fine the first time with 5 sec setting. I could actually see my artwork directory populated as the files were downloaded. -- Club1820 ---

I can't reproduce this in my own setup. - Does the problem occur on all images or just a few ? - Does it happen on the first images scanned or does it look correct during the first 30 minutes or something and then starts to corrupt images ? - Does the images look corrupt also when looking at them

If it's just downloading album art that's causing the problem, why not try Album Art Aggregator? It'll download artwork very quickly from Amazon, and you can just scan down them to review and you're done. You can also choose which country Amazon you want - useful for avoiding US covers (for me!)

I don't get any duplicate files but for every time I start custom scan manually more files are added. my system is a 2Ghz P4..not high end but 70% cpu seems a bit to much. I don't get 70% cpu every time I scan either. Just the scans that "hang" or seem to never end. In my server.log I found this

I want to let you know that I experience the same problem. I'm running Vista Ultimate and don't play music while scanning. CPU usage is fairly high and the scanning proces does not seem to stop. At least that is what the server pages claim. Also, I did not see a drop in CPU usage after donloading
