Try it with the battery removed from the PB. I'm not sure how the battery charging system works, but many electronic devices can't be used with the smaller inverters. I.E. heating coils, some transformers, etc. The inverter sees these as a short circuit and shuts down to protect itself. It might ev

I stick in my cd's and the system hangs. i have to reboot with out a cd in the drive to get into Mac OS 8.6 again. So i dont know what is going on. I tried the driver hack, ive downloaded a patched driver, and nothing.. did you try the cd driver from system 8.5 or 8.5.1 kenta -- -- PowerBooks is
