The OS SW can't differentiate. I used a PC Card modem
with Timbuktu; I had to download the Win driver, open
the exe on a PC, copy the INF files to a PC exchange
floppy and then copy to the Mode

Wow, you get that message from the installer? That's got to be
_old_ software - I've never run into an installer that didn't work
in OS 9. The solution is to back down to 8.6 (either by booting from

Ken said he did not recall his 2.1.3 being a "pro" but that's all
that's available from Logitech.
He's sending me his installer sometime (I hope). Hopefully, it's
different somehow.
Unfortunately, the installer Ken sent still has the same issue.
