My 1400 used to have issues like that. When I flexed the display it would go away. I took the display apart, reseated all the connectors and it's worked perfectly since. I would only recommend taking it apart if you are skilled or brave. If it's intermittent it's probably a loose connector, if

I know of a couple of things that could be the problem. The first is, a bad battery. Emmpathy (yes, two 'm's) would likely be able to tell you if that's the problem. Also, the power supplies that plug into these machines have two circuits, one for running and the other for charging. I have
