1. if the inputs and outputs are identical, then yes (functional paradigm)
2. if the two functions have the same inputs and outputs, and ALSO have
the same metric for 'function point', using

reverse engineering, do some manual ERD creation on your
test dataset, then study any ddl on the firebird side (stored procedures
and triggers).

Standards are higher than California, the hardest emissions 'line' in the
CONUS). I know it was a 'money' thing - ie - MB known in USA for luxury
cars, and the A140 and A160 dinna fall into that category. I DO like the

stopped working on any VFP V10 - they didn't make any money on licensing
in PRC (where apprx 55 percent of all VFP developers live).
