Can't help running into troubles ;)
The mail headers show that Spamassassin isn't being used to scan through
the mails.
Since then I removed spamassassin-toaster, re-built and installed it again
and have run 'simscanmk' and 'simscanmk -g', but it didn't work.
1) Qmailctl stat shows spa

If reverse DNS records for the sending domain/mail server do not exist,
Yahoo puts e-mails originating from such domains to Bulk folders.
Notsure about Hotmail though, may be they do the same.

Check the E-mail address specified in the 'Personal Information' section
inside the 'Options' menu of your webmail. The e-mail address specified here
should be the same as your actual Domain name.

Just login to the server and do a ' ps aux |grep sendmail' and it will show
you if some sendmail process is running. Same for qmail, just replace qmail
in place of sendmail in the above command.
