I use my windows 8 notebook from bed with the program IRCommand2 with
the USB-UIRT to operate the smart tv, dvr and blu-ray.
For changing channels I find it easiest to use my cable provider's web page
Xfinity.
Do you have an ipad or iphone? you can control it with one or two switches.

I'm on Ohio Medicaid Waiver program & I pay nothing for my meds. If there is a
co-pay, it's only $2.00. I get precription filled Miralax (powder) & yes it
works. I take it daily & no accidents.

Talk to your doctor and see if you can get a generic drug. I have found
the generic work just as well. It is funny now but when I was on Nexium for a
very short while and it made me very itchy. It was very embarrassing,

I agree with Danny. If it isn't too steep, I use a sheet of thick plywood. I
have even lowered my lift on the steps and bridged it with plywood. Are you
sure you weigh that much? My chair weighs 150-200 lbs and I'm about 150. Good

I have done both ways...In a manual chair it is easy for a person to get you up
or down stairs, they just have to tilt the chair back with the person in it
facing away from the steps and simply lift up or down one step at a time--when
they have you tilted back it is pretty easy just like moving
