The sync between hardware and software players would never be perfect anyway... But basically your squeezeboxserver does not put out sound the player does, so on a PC you need one of the software players running. These software player then conects to your server just like any other player on your

Unfortunately there is no way to edit MySB login details on the player. I'd suggest deleting the player from your new MySB account, then try (again) to add that account to your player. Possible you may have mistyped something for your actual account? -- toby10 --
