I'm about 6'+0.5", pbh about 89cm and have a 64cm quickbeam. I also have a tourer/winter bike with a 65cm seat tube, and I'm basically sitting on the TT at stop lights. It's also handy to use the TT to lower my center of gravity when navigating down certain snow- covered hills in the wintertime.
