I've had some interest in the rack and wanted to clarify that I'm hoping to
sell the bike first (or with). As long as the bike is in my stable I'd like
to keep the rack on there (and fenders around) if I'm going to use it. Will
update the thread accordingly if the bike sells and the rack and fen

I have a Hilsen, but that bike stays in Nantucket. I commute on a KVA
stainless. Was at the Andersonville / Hollywood beach a couple evenings

I almost always going to John's Irish strap, and often where one is a belt so
that it is always handy. There's also the wooden Rivendell yo-yo which is sort
of hard to pass up - I got one with my last order. I also got one of the NItto
factory hats which are kind of a kick in the pants. The lit

Contemplating selling my Sam as I feel I may need a more trail worthy

I decided that I'm going to build this up as my commuter/light tourer,
replacing my current too-small-for-me Bridgestone 450 of the same year, or
possibly the year after. I've been riding the 450 to 5 miles work every day
for almost 8 years, and I even toured
18% I'm standing. I really don't like to sit and grind a grad that steep,
so I just stand up and use my weight to make the pedals spin. The key is
always to go at such a pace that you aren't in the red the whole time.

I got back from last week's ride along the Michigan lake shore. I will be

I double checked my Hillborne after reading this thread. I hadn't caught
that warning when I replaced my single with a double and this thread made
me nervous. Mine is a 2012 and has the u-section plate that Tim referred
to. It is the thinner metal but the u-section seats the kickstand nicely.
