The down slopping looks more exaggerated because the rear end is raised up,
but if you look at the angles at the juncture of the top tubes and the seat
tube, you can see that the top tubes are still down slopping.

My first "recent history" experience with high profile canti brakes was when
I test rode an Atlantis. It was the first demo bike they could find in my
size that had a Bullmoose bar, which I wanted to try to see if I liked it.

My wife's Betty isn't nearly as amazing as your custom, but both she
and I are extremely pleased with the custom paint results. And it
looks much, much better than our poor quality shots would indicate.

Wow, gorgeous custom Riv mixte! The special work done on your S&S
couplers(carved hearts to match the lugs) is really icing on the
cake! My wife has a standard Betty Foy, but had it custom painted in
cream with red panels and hearts. It came out so beautifully, that
Grant then had another Betty
It looks like the Shimano 7spd 14-34 Megarange cassette. I'm curious,
too, as to how shifting is, with it.

I've been thinking about ordering a small saddle bag, and like both
the tweed Nigel Smythe Keven's bag as well as the Sackvi
I agree; the people who are going to think that you're riding a girl's
bike, are going to think that regardless of what color the frame is,
and even with the decal-"The International Man's Mixte". lol
