Sofia, I bought a Clem frame and have been riding it for a couple months, it’s one of the best utility bikes I’ve owned. I have 60mm tires on it now and it will easily fit 70s. I lucked into being on the waiting list for a Platypus and recently built it up. It easily fits 55mm tires.

If you hold your front brake on and rock the bike back and forth you should be able to see if the headset is loose or the stem is loose. The stem is tightened with the bolt in the center, you can do that yourself, just make sure the max height/minimum insertion line is below the headset. If it’

Walking is great, moving around in any way is really good for you. Moving heavy objects at full exertion a few times per week will keep your core really strong. Exercises that isolate muscle groups might make you look good but they won’t strengthen your core the way “functional training” will.
