I just measured the Sugino AT on a 127mm spindle. I get 153mm without
cinching the bolts down. This is just a hand press fit with a gentle tap to
make sure they are on straight.
Since you want a wide range double, I’m assuming you plan on using the

I’m considering a 1x drivetrain and would prefer to use a hub I already

Try contacting them and ask. They have the bike and the quick release on

I use diesel fuel for my parts cleaning. I find it works very well as a
solvent and even if you leave it uncovered, the evaporation rate is

I bought one of the early woolly warm vests and used it for years, not just
on the bike.
Vests are great for winter projects where a sweater gets too hot or the
sleeves get damp or dirty.
I used to cut the sleeves off my rag wool sweaters
Those are the type I’ve always used Benz.
Suntour Cyclone and Superbe.
I also have an early Deer Head Shimano that worked fine.

I run them on a couple bikes.
The small rings only go down to 26 but you can configure them as doubles or
triples.

Super 77 and the super 90 are permanent and you will have to pick the cork off
in little bits to remove the grips.
If anyone has a solution to soften these adhesives, please share it.

Most hardware stores sell foam pipe covers designed for insulating water pipes.
They are split along their length.
I use them whenever I ship a bike or frame.
They can be used many times over and are easily secured with zip ties.
Bubble wrap is another option.

I’m just trying to picture the differences.
Is the barrel of the 73mm bb 5mm wider so the bearings are placed 5mm further
outboard or are the mounting rings 5mm thicker.
I really haven’t kept up with newer standards.

I’m having trouble visualizing why it wouldn’t just be a 73mm.

For decades I have used beeswax on wooden tool handles and on wooden knife
handles.
Having spent decades butchering meat, poultry and seafood, I found it to be the
best treatment.
I gently warm the handle, rub with beeswax, gently warm again.
It’s ever so slightly tacky at first but burnishes
