Mostly a clean install, I have tried installing the new Helix code (Ximian) to
see if it would fix the problem but it didn't. I tried to install WP8 but
because the RH7 libc is the wrong version for WP8 that didn't work. I had the
problem with Sawfish before the install. Otherwise I have

needed directories. I reviewed the directions and did it 2 times with
files from different sources (Web CD). Will WP8 work in RH7? If yes,
what do I need to do?

According to Promise (for RH 6.0) the steps they outline in "INSTALL THE
DROVER INTO AN EXISTING SYSTEM" the steps are:
1) Logon as the super user.
2) Copy the setup-u66, lilofix.pl and ultra66.o files to /root.
3) Verify that the device driver loads correctly by issuing the command
"insmod

supplied and successfully unzipped the .tgz file but have not been able
to successfully install the program. Does anybody have any experience

It will print from inside Netscape but not with Gedit or emac. In these
cases it just turns on the Print Head error light. Any suggestions?

I am a "Newbie" and am enjoying the new adventure. I like to use books
to instruct me in new things. I have purchased several books on Linux,
however, even though I have gotten some good information from them it is
not enough. I would like to find a VERY complete book on all Linux
commands
