Anyoen who sent emails over the past 8 hours, please re-send as there was
a bit of a screw-up on this end. Still look for tomorrow to be a down day
for the list (Today wasn't) and maybe for a few days after it as well.
Thanks!
Due to some technical changings going around on my server, chances are the
list will be down Monday and Tuesday, but hopefully no longer. Just a
heads up.

Hi everyone, it looks like the list is back up and running. (How did I
know? The first mail I recieved in the longest time was, of course, some
spam)
What happened, you ask? I dunno, all I know is the server was down for
the longest time but it appears they finally fixed it. Which is good,
Does anyone have the billboard music standings for this week? I'd get
them myself but I'm running a painfully slow computer, and loading it up
takes forever. Look at www.billboard.com.
Everybody's favourite band, Sunny Day, sold a bit more than 15,000 copies
during it's first week of sales to land at position #98 on the Billboard
top 200.
Incidentally, Deftones did 178,000, debuting at position #3.

Uh, not that I read it or anything, but there was a review of TRT in the
X-Chick Maxim Magazine - they basically managed to compliment them and put
them down, and gave the CD 3 out of 5.

Did they just start up that wection on the timebomb site witht he lyrics
(handwritten) to the new songs going up every Wednesday, or have they been
putting them up all along? Is anyone keeping these lyrics in case the CD
liner doesn't have them?

Just a heads up - from the afternoon of June 11th to June 17th evening at
the latest, I will be doing some white water kayaking so the list will be
on hold basically - don't freak out if you don't get anything. Also if
you all could maybe wait until after the 17th to post stuff that would be
I am trying to load sunnydayrealestate.com but am getting re-directed to
the artistdirect error page, even though just last week I could access the
pre-page they had up. Could it be that they are updating sdre.com
shortly? Keep an eye out and let the list know when if they update it
soon (I'd
It also appears they may have the CD photo up as well - click "The Rising

I'ms ure that they may add/delete some dates from that list - but instead
o posting a dozen posts that say "Why aren't they coming to *** city?" I'd
advise you all to just wait and check the timebomb site - they seem to be
pretty good about letting us know (right after I posted the tour dates,

Che, I never recieved your original post - sixfootone.com has been acting
funny over the last week and it wouldnt' surprise me if I never got it.
That said, normaly I wouldn't have put out that TimeBomb posting as it
didn't have any new information but at the same time I would hate for

Sorry about the multiple 'test' posts there - apparently something got
screwed up at sixfootone.com and the messages I approved for the list were
not being recieved at sixfootone.com - or somethign like that, I'm not
sure just what happened but it appears to be fixed now. It picked a hell

Well, as you may have guessed from various little postings that have been
on this list and the website, this is going to be a very special album.
Like you mentioned, the name is "The Rising Tide" and we've heard Dan
mention that it's going to be both a concept album and that it is
'haunting'. I
Greetings,
I heard there was some original version of Friday. If there is, does anyone
have a mp3 of it?
Yeah, I've got it on wax and I made a CD of it too, easy to MP3 it I
guess. Guess I could put it up on Hubcap for a while and let some people
leech it til I take it down. brian

Is SDRE playing here? I Heard a rumor that they were - I think I may have

Greetings from the Friendly List Moderator (tm),

that it's degenerating into a conversation of what makes a band popular

Hi everybody,
Hopefully you all remember the SDRE-list, which you must have signed up
for a one point or another to get this message. You've probably noticed
that it's not been 'working' as of late - well to make a long story short
it should be working now and for the forseeable future as
I find it odd no one's talkinga bout the new label. After weeks of
speculating it'd be a major like Virgin or something it's somehting called
"Time Bomb" - may just be me but I have no idea what the hell this label
is. Does anyone know anything about it? Who owns it? Is it owned by a
major?

I think the excuse that SDRE music is 'too intelligent' for the masses is
more elitist hogwash, i.e. we are the chosen ones with the great
intelligence and are somehow special or set apart from the masses because
we like SDRE. Of course
