Bernie,
Not in "A" flex, I did try in "R" flex and the flight was to high ( my ball
flight is high ).
Actually, the shaft broke on me and I did get a replacement (n/c).
The shaft felt OK but the Lite Rev feels tighter and the snap is there.

Charlie,
Good info on the Lite Rev A. Don't think my FL-50 R is much different...kind
of a soft R. I can speculate that with a 7.5, you'd need a soft shaft to get
the ball up at all. At times, my 9 seems to hit a pretty low ball, but it
does carry well and rolls well. Have you tried a Pure Energy
Bernie,
FYI
I have the SRV II in 7.5, two 9 and a 10 degree. Tried almost all combos and
the winner is the 7.5 with the SK Fiber Lite Rev in A flex, 2 inch

long.
This shaft is great, I am able to work the ball both ways. Nice

Thanks, Hank..
Dan, I'm not trying to get into a pissing contest over this or
anyother post. A newbee came on line thru ST and asked a
very simple question, how do you guys get a ferrule on to a shaft when it
won't go. I just relayed the way that I've been doing it for

I doubt either of us were being critical. My note was perhaps a feeble

RK,
Well, if you want to

Hmm ...
Looks like I'm thinking of a different definition for the word "save" with
respect to grips. I think the original post addressed the idea of pulling the
grip off a club and then transplanting to another.
My idea of a "save" is actually to turn a grip that's gone hard and slick into

Yeah, I know. I meant selvagable, one of Clark

I agree Tom. I've been heating water for 3 minutes, or
until it boils, in a glass coffee cup for about 6 years now and

Other than the messy job utilizing boiling water (microwave or other heating method) I offer this tip: take a steel shaft tip (that you were going to throw away anyway) and heat the steel shaft tip with your torch or heat gun and push the heated tip into the ferrule (with the ferrule standing on yo

I've been hitting my X-12's for the last five or so years and have come
to the point where I can pretty much work the ball at will so I decided
to build myself a set of the 1030's. I got the full set 3 thru SW and

I think the SRV II is the best all around Bang head I've hit, including the

like. The head seems quite forgiving and as long as anything but the 52

superheat the water (e.g. 3 mins or whatever). Then what ha
