Hey Jindou!
Great of you to introduce yourself :) I have read about you guys

I don’t have any views on ecommerce or lifestyle brandsnot sure why would
it matter where these are located.
I responded only because I think the question is a #fail, you're welcome to ask
something else though - eg living in NYC is cool for startups because of access

Sorry, was just interested in peoples personal views, i was totally
assuming you live in NYC. I think i was interested to know what the
markets are like for these type brands, e.g.; Melbourne in Aus would
be more fashion forward than Brissy etc Maybe NYC more market for
lifestyle brands than SF, i
@Dean: Yes there are pros and cons for either location. SV/SF is very
expensive for good talent and that's why a lot of companies move out of the
Bay Area once they get to the size of a gorilla.
@Melissa: My view is that SV is the best place to live/work for technology.
However, you can run a
Thanks so much for the feedback Jindou!!! :) Much appreciated! I've

pretty friendly and helpful here, which is great when you are trying
to figure your way around a new country.
I will shoot you an email :)

Try Google Patents:

Looks like its an International one:

So maybe it's not on the USPTO website.

Hi Alex,
I've used eCompanies a couple of times - haven't had any problems:

They do try to upsell you on other things that you can do yourself
(register a domain, register for an ABN, etc), so just do the basic
registration and skip that stuff.

Love it, very cool idea…..not sure you’ll be able to get the data (or keep it

Hey Andrew, nice idea. I considered something similar a while back and I'm
really glad someone's building it.
I had a lot of trouble actually using it though, and was unable to add any
data. I suggest you do a couple of sit-down usability tests to fix the most
glaring UX issues and bugs.

Cheers Alex - my fault entirely for working on a 'feature' when my post
went live on Silicon Beach. I'm now relegating myself to the whole
dev/stage/live routine, but dang it's nice to work directly on a live site
when you know no-one's using it!

Hey AB,
Ok, I'm in. Landed on my Dashboard and then spent abt 5 mins clicking
around looking for how to add a web site.
On a cold start, you really wanna put the desired action front and centre.
In this case, the 'primary actions' are Adding my various online profiles

Thanks Rai - great feedback - it's near-impossible to fully put yourself

Also, I tried after I sent last email out but was unable to add a site. Add
site modal disappears and I'm back on the 'home' page with nothing added.
Which I think is the same issue Alex reported.

Indeed. Debugged and good to go - you can Add a Site both via the modal in
the dashboard, and via the top nav.
Whew! Baptism by fire. Love it - keep it coming. Really appreciated.

@Craig: thanks for that. Fair call - I'm not wedded to the font by any
means, and as the site fills with content, the tone needs to change, also.
Any suggestions on a Google font that's not going to be instantly
out-of-fashion like some of the other ultralight Metro/iOS7
typefaces?
