Yeah I agree with your synopsis of Marks post and you are right you
could call it something totally different and there will be people who
take it the wrong way mainly because they haven't bothered to learn
where the term came from the in the first place :)

I need to introduce myself to the group, and this post seems like an
appropriate place to do so since I read Mark Suster's article a few
days ago. I don't think the article itself was written particularly
well, since he confused a lot of people into thinking he disagreed
with the whole concept
Glad to see so many Mark Suster fans. I really love reading his Blog
and watching his This Week In VC show its really eye opening.
As for the Fail Fast mantra I think if people are hearing that term
and not understanding the overall concept of Failing Fast in terms
of Lean Startup Methodology and

mindset but as with anything that becomes a commonplace term, it's
open to misinterpretation. I definitely feel that the phrase is over-
