Evening Zeb, Thanks for writing this.I daily take 500 milligrams of vitamin C. I am not sure if this is enough but I think that 10,000 a day probably isnt necessary Supposedly, if you could make it in the same proportion to your weight, as a housefly, you would need 2.8 grams per day.
