Hi Zeb, Monsanto is the largest producer of GMO's. They do produce GMO cotton. I am not sure that they are the only producer. About the Morgellans,-there is some articles on Reese that connect the disease with nano technology. I was listening to a scientist on TV talking about nano fibers, etc.
