In my experience, the easiest way to get rid of hemorrhoids or varicose veins, (same thing) is to take Vitamin E. Just be sure to get the real thing, Tocopherol with an O, not Tocopheryl with a Y, as the latter is fake. I take about 400 to 800 IU for a few days until the problem is gone. Marshalee
