Well that comment clicked my brain into the gender differences in how men and women cook! I still like the comment the green beret I met in a mental hospital made saying that no advancement would be possible until men learned to think with their hearts and women to feel with their brains .

I cook meals for my wife (not as many as I should) and use a nuwave oven or I have heard it called a flavorwave. You can cook your vegis, meat and other items under the same lid. It works great and meat comes out very nicely cooked not like the microwave all grey. I would recommend trying
