It definatly can generate some heat. I have never felt anything uncomfortable with diluting the DMSO with CS down to 10% DMSO : 90% CS. You will get a very large amount of DMSOs benefits from this concentration. If you have real sore muscles or a sprain or pull that needs the heat, mix it
