Hanan- ozone completely prevents herpes breakouts. Coupled with CS, I'm sure it would be a good double-whammy against it. You're probably already aware of the following, but just a reminder: sun exposure also triggers herpes outbreaks, so perhaps the summer sun had something to do with yours.
