Ist of all, If you have in writing that the water would be good then I would
go after the drillers and any names that told you that it would be good and
have them return money or rectify the problem.
Maybe they could go deeper or get you water for cooking and drinking and
washing clothes and baths
This sound like with Black Walnut etc that you may have some parasites that
maybe you aren't fully getting rid of. I would do the complete parasite
cleanse.

Maybe a solution is to build a green house that you can open windows on roof
and sides and put fine screen on inside. Then spray the screen with a
organic bug killer. or water from inside.
Put in some grow lights maybe.The sun from open top and sides with
screen will come in .
