Debbie, i use cayenne tincture. for what it is worth, this is what i do.
start out with a regular cayenne tincture (as Dr Christopher's hot is much
stronger) and just add a drop or two to a large volume of tea or lemon water if
you prefer. then as you become accustomed, increase the cayenne
i use a small container and mix half coconut oil, half baking soda with a drop
of peppermint essential oil. works great.

i use their msm, the psyllium as well as a few other
of their products. for those interested i will send a
