Marshall,
I'm sure you're not saying that you've seen H2O2 in an Unclosed rail car
that split the car open?
Rail cars carrying H2O2 are always ventilated. If they are not, they will always
rupture eventually, even with 3% H2O2. The evolved gas has to be released as it
dangerous.

Under what conditions would 3% H2O2 be explosive?

Hi Luut,
Why bother to clean the anode? Leave it along, and as for the cathode
just wipe it off with a paper napkin.
All of these cleaning procedures are a source of trouble? If it is not
broke don't fix it.

The yellow is perfectly usable, Norma. Don't throw it away. Learn from
the experts and continue experimenting to refine what you're doing, but
don't hesitate for a moment to use what you have now. It works. It
doesn't have to be perfect.
Use a lot.
Be well,

Thank you for the help

Hi CS friends,
For what it's worth: according to Hulda Clark (in her book The cure for all
diseases) isopropyl alcohol should be avoided like the plague! She says it is
poison. So it's not suitable for cleaning electrodes I suppose.
