It does in the lymph that runs through the jaw and cheek Marshall, because I
used to get this quite often and CS *always* cured it in minutes--a very bad
case in four hours. My whole face swelled up and I got a big 'bubble' form in
my cheek, but holding CS in there for about three minutes

The only gland I am aware of in that area is a lymph gland. If that is
the case then a magnetic pulser is what you want to use. CS does not
make it into the lymph system from what I understand.

You could also research homeopathy to help drain it or see an Oriental Medicine
herbalist for herbs to heal it.
