I've run sipX on Citrix XenServer with no problems, no CPU spikes, etc. 64 bit RPMs are provided, but not an ISO image. I think the mentality behind this is if you're going to be installing sipX in an environment that would require 64 bit then you're probably going to want to do more custom thi

For what it's worth, I have seen this multiple times on my new 4.2 installation as well. If you wait long enough (~5 or more minutes), things eventually sort themselves out. In the meantime, however, as you indicated, the web UI takes about a minute (at least) to navigate from page to page. The
