This morning I have tried to open Thunderbird only to find it won't open. I
click on Thunderbird, and my desktop thinks about it, but somehow won't load up
my default profile.
I have important e-mails that I can't afford to lose. Anyone please?
I am using Xandros Deluxe 3.0 (KDE).

communicator on the directory. It might work.

Y'all can't do it directly - TBird will import an EML but it won't allow
you to save it into a folder.
You have two options:
1. If you use Outlook Express (shudder) you can drag it and drop it into
OE and then import the message from OE into TBird or

I'm not sure how you might prompt for a customer number but one idea may be to just use Thunderbirds mail filters to
sort the mail. For example if you had a filter on the "Sent" folder to search the "To: addre

today it's been *all* day.

Well the Mozilla people have decided to separate the browser and the
email components of Mozilla into lighter standalone applications
Browser = Firebird about 10 meg supports flash and java
Email = Thunderbird 9.4mb

1. I had no net connection for about 18hrs. When I
was able to call TPG they suggested I change the
'modulation type' setting in my modem (DSL-502T)
from multi-mode to G.dmt.

still get through. It seems that Thunderbird's bayesian filter considers
all Slug sent mail legitimate primarily, I think, because most of it is.
I'm looking for a solution that:

abitrary MDA (procmail in my case).

I'm sure it only used to work with "real" MTAs, that is ones that were

When I open Thunderbird and have an attachment to save, I'm only able to
save to local folders, rather than the NAS drive.

in this area, but may give you some clues on where to look.
Your adapter may be assigning dedicated bandwidth to your voice calls to ensure

running firefox 1.0 and thuderbird 1.0 on a non-gnome login (enlightenment) and
