Steve,
I think you missed the mark here.. expert servos (distributed to dealers by
Horizon) will offer equal quality at equal price points with hi-tec, FMA
etc.. these are all after market servos of good quality..
parts, gears etc. are available also..
for Jerry,
I would put the SL 320 as
I have found differential in a wingeron to be helpful. But, as with aileron
differential, the amount needed is specific to each particular flight
condition. Thus, nothing is optimum for all situations.

I'll try to be more clear next time.
The questions I will be asking will have nothing to do with the particular radio in
use, but rather with the affect and effect on a plane.
I knew that when I messed with the differential I had to change the rudder throw -- I
know now that it was to
It's probably NOT you. It's probably your set up. Small changes like CG,
incidence, even the computer TX setup can change a sweetheart into a pig!
My GUESS would be that you need less positive incidence, and less
noseweight. Try that for starts. I have seen a Gilette fly at Kiona, and it
looked
What happens when you add differential to ailerons?
What effect does it have on rudder throw?
Tom
Depends on what your goals are...
Aileron differential and rudder are related, at least in Edberg's book (see
below). Not just for roll-rate alone, but for coordinated turning using
just
Oh, by the way, if you want to see wierd- take a look at the Mantis. Now

Back in the good 'ol days, Bill Watson discovered kitchen shelf covering

Yep, someone was right about it being my longest flight. The highlander
returned to earth today. Let's see I put it in the tree about 2 Sundays
ago. A great Father-In-Law retrieved it for me. Present him with a
challenge .. he'll solve it! Actually, what I prayed for happened ...

Check out "chapter 8" at this web site:

This site has an interesting explanation for roll/adverse yaw effect
using a pitcheron/wingeron setup to explain it.
A summary of the info related to roll/yaw:
There are two types of yaw

Y'all are invited to the Coffee Airfoilers 29th Annual Fall Thermal Soaring
contest to be held on September 18 and 19th at the Airfoiler's Model Field
just outside Tullahoma, Tennessee. This will be a good old fashioned
thermal soaring contest with the good old 25 food radius landing circle.
