It's a freeware r/c flight simulator. It's pretty rudimentary, and the
flight model isn't terribly realistic (I've never seen a glider do
consecutive knife edge loops before), but it might come in handy in

I would like to know about any and all
new models as they make it to market.
I keep being suprised by new models like
the Hera, Hades, Dynamix, Scar, Brisk,
Sharon, Agate, Stork, etc.
I only seem to see them when they show up
at a contest, the slope or on this exchange.
I would to know about
Some people prefer the dive test, some the inverted test.
I have been told to only use the inverted test on symmetrical
or semi symmetrical airfoils, not TD foils like the 7037, and
not on flat bottom airfoils. The theory is that it should not
take much down elevator to fly the ship inverted it
Hi! Gordy thought you and a couple of others would like to know where the
"Ohio" Siegel brothers are this week :-) How I wish I could be there,

for the first F3F season in So. California. Thus, we have

While flying at Torrey Pines last Saturday, I had a midair
with a paraglider. The pilot of the paraglider and his ship
were ok, no line damage. Luckily we were both traveling
slow. I was heading south, he was heading north. I flew
to the slope side of him, plenty of blue sky, then I saw

Anybody have any pointers on putting this plane together? Strong
points/weaknesses? The wing to fuselage joint seems like it might be a little
shaky, as its just glued in and the manual doesn't say to remove the strapping
tape before glueing it in to get a foam-to-foam bond. (should I?). Are

Definitely don't remove the tape before gluing on the wing! As long
as you sand the tape to remove the release agent, you will get a nearly
unbrakeakable bond. I've had a DAW P-51 with the wing glued on this
way for about 1 1/2 years and the wing doesn't show the slightest hint
of ever becomming
Rough up the tape with some coarse sandpaper, and apply some Liquid Nails (contact
cement).

Household Goop works fine. Just remember to lightly sand and wipe down the tape to
remove the release agent.
