[RCSE] Carbon Tube spar repair?

I broke the carbon tube spar in my EPP Cyclone this weekend. The top of the wing hit flat on the slope face in a failed attempt at a landing. I still need to do some more forensics, but it looks like the spar is two 36" tubes joined at the wing center with another inner tube. The break occurred

Hy I'm Fernando Magnetti, from Argentina I have buil a Vtail electronic mixer for a JR and this work OK. but now I build another for a friend (they have a Futaba ) and this not work properly. I think that the roblem is the lenght of the signal, I'm working with 1.5 ms +/- .5ms but this not work.
