I posted a message several weeks ago about a 2.4 GHz installation in a
carbon Pike Perfect. I am continuing my conversions and now have a molded
Graphite Electric flying with a JR 9 channel receiver/X9303 combination. The
fuselage on the electric is like the pure sailplane version and is made of a
WiMAX uses frequencies between 2 and 11GHz but as the 2.4 and 5.2 bands
are unlicensed they're likely to get used for testing. Since spectrum is
now something you buy, sell and hoard just like any other commodity its
likely that everyone will be squeezing into what unlicensed space there
is to save
Get your favorite friend to come out wth a Spektrum RX with the a
Spektrum Flight Log and get some data. It won't be perfect since the
person holding the airplane may influence the results. But at least you
can see if you have much of a frame loss or any holds. Something you
can't do with 9
Thank the wireless network guys for pushing for a ban on 2.4 for
models. Burn your Cisco routers.

I am looking for a used beater set that
can be shipped Monday. They can have previous repairs,
they can be too heavy, they don't need flaps.
They can even be damaged if they are easily repairable.
