Be careful launching the Allegro - it has a weakness that I've seen and heard of from a couple flyers: it's not winchproof when faced with negative G's. Just wanted to put that out there before you end up like me (currently finishing up rebuilding my Allegro's center section). My (2nd) worst

Dave, What a great post. Thank you. You're right on about the MH32 being a poor choice for a 2M section. I don't like it for open class TD either. Drela has done a good deal of optimization on sections for us, and he's got a pretty good idea of what works in the real world. Definitely a good idea
