Searching by artist name, my Spotify albums appear ... very nice indeed.
However, when I select "More" for an album, I don't see that the album
is coming from Spotty rather than my own local library; it would be
useful to see that kind of info for the album.
Noted.

So, the default "Song mix" that appears in DSTM is distinct from any
choice available in "Random Mix". I'd like to know more about DSTM's
unique "Song mix".
The default Song Mix DSTM item would reset the genre selection to all
genres before playing a mix.

can you help with this, what should i add to hosts file?
I'd rather not. Because if you don't know how to do this, then it's
likely you're going to break things. Or you'll run into issues in a few
weeks/month and won't remember what you did. Google will help you find
the information you need.
Thanks, @digimaster for creating this simple package for QNAP users. I
am a new QNAP user, switched from synology. There has never been an
issue with synology NAS running LMS. It has not been easy with QNAP,
which is odd. This package fills that gap. However, I have been unable

I think the mysqueezebox.com web site accepts a wider range of
characters in passwords than the LMS copy of mysqueezebox password and

Mp3tag will display Vorbis tags. Load the files, highlight all,
right-click and select "Extended tags". You can add/edit/delete there.

OK - so that was the clue I needed. This thread describes what seems to
be the same problem as I have:

Mystery solved. I thought it was the Various album that was causing the
problem but it wasn't. It turns out that it's an album in Vorbis format
with imbedded tags. I don't see all those tags in LMS, in Tag&Rename, or
in mp3tag. I'm not sure how to actually view or edit those tags but I

perhaps Alan S. is in a tag as a composer on that album. And there is a
COMPOSERSORT tag that is "S, Alan". The thing about LMS is that if

On LMS WebUI - on LHS pane drill down to the track and there is a "View
tags" option to show the tags LMS sees.

Thanks all. I decided to start from basics so I stripped all the Stivell
albums out of my music folders and rescanned. And, lo! another album
showed up in the Various folder. Interestingly, this album doesn't have

I have exactly the same LMS server info and I'm at Win10 v1903, but the

Had a quick look at the log.
- Old logs are no use - I'd clear the log so that only recent info is
shown - it'll make it easier to post.
- Try to sort out database issues - use "clear library and rescan
everything" to remove the database messages.
- IIRC there have been issues about use of "un

So your favourite "Random Songs" in DSTM is just a link to Home/My
Music/Random Mix/Random Songs, nothing to do with DSTM, that's why

show up in the top meny.
