Scott, The answers are yes to both questions. Pumpkins have a reasonably high starch level; they are therefore suitable for conversion to ethyl alcohol. To achieve maximum conversion you will have to use enzymes. I havnt got time to go into all the intricasies but go to the jtf site and d
