NAD27 is North American Datum of 1927 (Geobase data actually uses the
North American Datum of 1983, on NAD83). Assuming the vector data is
available in shapefile format as well, run the shapefiles through
ogr2ogr in the GDAL/OGR library, and specify you want to convert to
WGS84 geographic.

pro vkládání je fajn jen si stáhnout gpx záznam z jakkéhokoliv
programu a pracovat s ním na pc.

počítači, ale hodí se v terénu vědět, která cesta ještě není/je špatně
zmapována
a mám se na ni zaměřit.
Nějaké zaznačení se sem tam hodí, nicméně stačí, když to bude zobrazovat a bude
se ta mapa dát rozumně skrolovat.
