Suite à des changements dans JOSM, le JOSM et le plugin cadastre-fr
ont subit quelques corrections. La principale concerne la sélection
manuelle de la zone Lambert dans le menu des preferences-projection
au lieu d'une sélection automatique (ou du menu cadastre - change
lambert zone).

私が使っていたのは(比較的)安定版の2255でした。
最新の2485をダウンロードし、pluginもすべて最新にしたところ
正常動作しました。しばらく試用してみます。

JOSM のWMS Plugin にbbox 用のもっと柔軟なパラメーター{e},{w},{n},{s}の追加
デフォルトリストに、MLIT Japan (ORTH...) を4 つの追加をしてもらいました。
これで直接オルソ化写真をダウンロード使えるようになります。
プラグインを更新しなくても、リストには表示されてますが、
使うにはまずプラグインを更新してください。
またこのプラグインは JOSM 2450 以降でないと使えませんので、
JOSM を latest (最新版)にしてください。

ようになったので興味深く見てみました。
都心でオルソ写真同士で5m以上ずれている部分も
ありましたのでオルソレイヤが複数利用できるエリアの
方は写真の新旧とともに位置関係にも注意されたほうが
よいと思います。
福島は使用可能なオルソが１レイヤしかありませんので
問題なしです。

With regard to apartment complexes, condo complexes, mobile home complexes,
and gated single-family-home complexes, I usually tag:
- The ways that cross the boundary line from public street into the complex
are highway=service*** + service=driveway. These are also role=access in
the relation.
