航空写真等で「H」と写っている所にヘリポートをタグ付け
されてはると思います。
しかし、建物の屋上等には「R」と写っている場合が有ります。
「H」はHeliportで緊急離着陸場で「R」はRescueで緊急
救助用スペース、違いはヘリコプタが着陸出来るか否か
の様です。

Physikalisch ist die Haltestelle vorhanden. Also bleibt als
Haltestelle sie so lange in den Daten bis jemand mindestens das Schild
weggeräumt hat.
Auch wenn kein normaler Linienverkehr mehr an der Haltestelle abfährt,

Sorry for the google maps links on this, but I've found NJ's use of
shoulders (or "curb lanes") as bike lanes kind of strange. I would tag this
as cycleway=lane but nothing for shoulder.

現状の主な変更点は以下のとおりです。
・name= のvalueとして特定の地物名が入力されていたものを、 name=*の表記に変更
・placeのタグについて、現行の方針に従ってvalueとadmin_levelの対応を変更
・小規模な稲荷神社について、amenity=place_of_worship -> historic=wayside_shrineに変更

その場所のコンセプトによっては、leisure=gardenのほうがしっくりくる場合もあるかと思いますが。
観点は2つあるかと思います。
■法律による指定にもとづき、国庫からの助成があるか?あるいは公的機関が管理を行っているか?
管理主体を考えた場合、parkでもplaygroundでも、
operatorタグを加えることで対応できると思います。
(ごく小規模のポケットパークの場合、operatorが公的機関以外のparkになる)
■ポケットパークといいながら、大規模なものもあるようだ

And a fix in Osmand is relatively easy (edit routing.xml to set the
assumed/default *_link speed to about 1/2 that of the assumed/default speed of
associated non-link way). Can be further improved by setting all the assumed
speeds to match the real world defaults in your part
