Když jsem s IPR naposledy mluvil, tak říkali, že extra povolení pro OSM není problém, na nějaký poradě OSM, kde jsem byl, se pak někdo zavázal, že IPR jménem OSM komunity osloví. Tak pokud se to ještě nestalo, tak by mělo stačit, pokud tam nějakej "OSM hlavoun" napíše ;) -Original
