Hi Jude,
In my case, had I not had the fusion, the curve in my spine would have
continued to progress and would have eventually crippled me. The doctor who
performed the surgery said I might have ended up with the side under my
armpit nearly touching my hip. In addition, it can adversely

Jude I am sorry you had been in the hospital with another UTI infection, but it
is so good to hear from you. I hope all is well now for a long, long time. In
early February, I too was in the hospital. It started with a BAD ear infection
and went into a bad UTI. In fact, my doctor said she

I was diagnosed with spondilolesthesis at aged 15 and had back problems from
then on. It even kept me out of the Army in 1967. Then the 30' fall from a

Anyway, what we are NOT considering is how many others had all

I guess that my first chiro was as far from a frog as could be. We clicked
right away as her help was immense. I loved it when she pushed on my spine
till it 'talked', same with my neck.
I will visit her again as soon as there is a need.

Jude, I too am sorry that you've been back in the hospital, but it is good to
see your post on the list. I too have had a difficult year. After 16 years
with Transverse Myelitis I developed a new autoimmune disease, Mononeuritis

I'm writing this with tears in my eyes,my family and I came over here to
London,United Kingdom for a short vacation. unfortunately,we were mugged at
the park of the hotel where we stayed, all cash and credit card were stolen off

I just received an e-mail from Elizabeth Clark (beecl...@aol.com) saying
that they were vacationing in London and were mugged losing all their credit
cards, cash, etc. The Embassy won't help and they can't leave their hotel
until their bill is paid and is asking for financial help. I received

The real Bee Clark is part of the TM list, but her e-mail has been hacked. She
is changing her e-mail address. She responded immediately to my question. I
also know the American Embassy is there to help American with a problem.

I second the AVG...I've been running it for years and it is second to none as
far as keeping out 99% of the nasty stuff...
For that stuff that does get through...I use Super AntiSpyware Free
Edition...It
also works excellent...

i agree with Bern,
AVG is good.
you can also go to http://www.trendmicro.com and run housecall it is a virus
scan for free. it is pretty good but to have a program that will catch them
before they catch you is always better.

if you do have a virus and it wont allow you to run a virus scanner you may
have to download one then start up in safe mode and run it.
