Jude, I used to have to do the digital stimulation and my early months of TM. Yes it is very unnatural feeling to lay in the bed on your side, waiting to use the bathroom. Sometimes I would have to get the Enemee suppository. Thanks to gravity and my diet, I am able to use the bedside
