Actually, the way I got in contact with this group is from a TM'er that did
write a book about his TM experience. I contacted him
after reading the book

Just thought I'd let you know that I am completely opposite. I can not
sleep on my back. I really spasm around my middle
section trying to get in that position and trying to get back up
be a blessing. I like 100% cotton to sleep in for
summer - it helps keep me cool.
