Good for you! It's about time someone gets something they need. I am so
happy that you are getting the help that you need. I am still working on it,
and hopefully there will be an end to my fight, and I'll get what I need also.
PS. Whereever did to find that cute hug at the end

neurologist once since I let the hospital, which was in November 2005. My
healthcare is managed by my Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
doctor(Physiatrist). Any problems that I have had since my diagnosis in July
I saw a neurologist regularly for about the first year -- he kept track of
my progress and answered hundreds of questions for me. But after we moved away
from the area I didn't seek out a new one because there was really no need
for me to -- though still having problems I was on a stable

Does this mean continious contracted? I'd call it when spasticity even if it
is spastic rigidity or is that just a spasm?

I agree, Rick. I've made various 'charts' off and on, to keep track of
supplements, meds, exercise, nutrition, and how I feel.
I use charts, too, to tell me when I need a lidocaine infusion as the infusion
helps but slowly wears off over a week. After 2 to 4 weeks of 1 to 2 the pain

Natalie, Alton, et al,
This is common.
I, too, do this when dreaming, I'm a bird. The symptoms are worse when I'm
dreaming, I'm a wild turkey, or great blue heron.

really self-centered doing it, but on more than one occasion I was able to

I have something similar. Sometimes, when I am lying down during the
