Hi there!
I have commented on this before but it seems the discussion was maybe
lost. I can _not_ read the display across a normal sized room. I use my
iPhone to control the Touch now but seeing that there is lots of room on
the display in most cases I don't see why it is impossible to implement

Hi,
Does anybody know how to include Asian letter to the Touch?
I tagged all my music with UTF8 and it shows perfectly in the browser,
but the Touch only shows a rectangular where their should be a letter.
For the Controller it was only necessary to change the font. How do I
do it for Touch?
The applet can be installed, but not the helper that you can use to
create your own style screen saver no :(
The best you can do is toggle trough the now playing screens with the
ir remote until you find the one without a cover image, thats as big as
it get's i'm afraid.
You have noted that the
I have not done it myself, but it should be very similar to the

They are very similar software-wise .

In the SettingsAdvancedFiletypes of the Web UI
change the FLAC settings to this:

Disabling FLAC in the top entry tells the Touch NOT to decode Flac

Hi Michael,
whats the time interval that this connection is supposed to occur at?
Once an hour, once a day etc.
I've been looking at log files
Yeah, I'd restart the server just to reset everything.

Thank you very much for finding this. However, there is a complicating
factor. As I stated a few posts earlier, I discovered there was one
folder with files with large embedded images. I deleted this images
from the files in my main library. Tonight I let the Vortexbox make a

The switcher that came with the SB3 was very poor. It radiated a lot of

There was some going into the SB3 as well, but my findings were that
the radiated noise and the noise sent into the mains was usually far
more of a problem.

The SB3 and Touch PSU's are interchangeable (except when running a USB
device on the Touch).
So if the Touch PS is much better than the SB3 PS then just buy a Touch
PS.
