The only sensible way to manage album art is to put into each and every

You did the rescan first right? And maybe tried the clear and rescan

Is there anything consistent about the albums that are missing art?
Where are they stored in terms of hard drive location? Are they stored
in 'album' directories where all the tracks are from one album?

I can't find anything in common about the missing album artwork.
Each image file is located in the actual album folder where the tracks

Thanks.
It's working now after I renamed the album art to 'cover.jpg' :-)
Thanks

I was not able to find this question previously addressed - it pertains

Note all information is for FLAC files
I have an album Top Hits of 1965. Rather than having cover art for the
album, I have separate Singles art for each song on the album.
Thanks for your response, sorry I was not better at finding the previous
threads. Does anyone happen to know - was this reported as a bug to be
fixed in future versions, or is this a permanent issue?

I've been embedding art for the album cover in each file (firstly mp3

Brasso, maybe this page explains it:

It says what order the image files are interrogated in.
Unless you have entered a specific artwork folder, the embedded art
takes precedence.
