not all NAS can run the SBS software needed ,check the 3rd party
hardware forum for which mini servers plug computers and nas boxes that
are in use ( vortexbox seems optimal as pluganplay for this ).
It can actually be more struggle to use a NAS than installing som low

Thanks JJ I will try what you have suggested I wasn't using a nas or a
separate computer. I was trying to use the Sb directly. It's showing
all the radio stations and all albums with associated art from Spotify
so the unit is communicating well with my router which from what I have
read seems to b
Have you installed the server on a computer on your network, or are you
only using MySqueezebox.com?
If you haven't installed the server, do so. Then try playing some of
your own music files and see whether or not that works. If not, then
something is definitely wrong.
