Well, the latest kernel update seems to fix that issue.I have tested
both suspend/resume and hibernation and everything is working as
expected. So if nobody has problems too, you can close this bug report.

Sorry, guys. I have just found out, what the problem was.
I had set my minimum font size from 7 to 10 in the preferences window
and resetting the value to the default one (7), made the magic.:)
Epiphany saves its settings in gconf too. I haven't thought about
