Woah!!! Sorry but they look really really off. :( I think the symbol
(restart, and power) should be smaller, but that would suck for the smaller
icons when the user can't see the restart or power symbol! (also think about
a shadow (or a more vibrent shadow) on the outside of the inner circle

it on ebay. Although it is not a USB type, it has the PS2 connectors and
VGA.
So I do not know if a more expensive one would be better, probably not,
I have managed to get the ICON 255 to work. But it did periodically lock the
OS. I cannot say whether this would be the same for you...

Tenho este mesmo problema e não encontrei nenhuma solução ainda. Já
tentou desabilitar o compiz e iniciar novamente pra ver se resolve.
Caso não resolva, tente desisnstalar o compiz e o driver da nvidia,

A solução mais radical (menos elegante) pode ser um dpkg --purge pacote
para apagar as configurações. Depois você instala o pacote de novo.

Amigos, então eu fiz o seguinte. A minha irmã havia mandado umas pastas de
músicas para a lixeira, quando fui tentar esvazia-la aparecia a mensagem de
permissão negada, então via terminal entrei na lixeira e dei os comandos a
seguir:

Peguei o
90% o meu dá problema quando estou acessando o terminal do windows e
afins os outos 10% esta ligado a gravação CD/DVD.
Sobre o sistema eu já sabia, o problema que eu não consigo acessar nada, o
mouse mexe, mas não permite clicar, o teclado não responde a nada, só
CTRL+ALT+F2 mesmo.

Peguei o bonde... não sabia que podia dar kill pelo monitor do sistema,
legal essa opção.

digite CTRL + ALT + ESC e seu cursor vai se tornar uma caveira, aí basta
clicar em qualquer janela de programa que vc quer

Só complementando minha resposta, o CTRL ALT ESC por padrão funciona somente
no KDE e como o Xisberto falou no gnome da pra usar o xkill... no meu eu
associei o xkill com o CTRL ALT ESC

Tá... me parece que ele é apenas um GUI front-end para o rdesktop. Aqui eu
uso o rdesktop diretamente por um icone que criei no Desktop e funciona
legal. Antes eu tinha

Gostaria de pedir ajuda para solucionar um problema com o gerenciador de
boot Grub cuja solução não encontrei no histórico da lista.
Recentemente atualizei meu ubuntu 8.10 pelo apt-get e algumas das
atualizações foram referentes a uma nova versão do kernel (kernel-modules

Amigos venho aqui para tentar dividir com vocês o que eu acho, vejam bem
eu acho, rsrsrsr, que resolveu o problema de travamento no meu pc. Pois bem
vou contar a história. Eu ligava o monitor e a cpu ambos no estabilizador, e
toda vez que ligava o pc o mesmo travava, enfim, eu levei no técnico e
obrigado a todos pela gentileza e atenção. vou gravar o iso em um cd e
instalar e em seguida instalar. minha ideia é acompanhar o 9.04 a partir da
alfa 5. minha maquina não é de produção jose salles.

1) Abre o terminal e execute o gconf-editor: # sudo gconf-editor
2) Acesse a chave apps - metacity - keybinding_commands
3) Na chave command_1 adicione o seguinte conteudo no campo Valor:
/usr/bin/xkill
4) Selecione a opção acima do
Dei uma lida rápida no launchpad e já estamos no alpha-6 do 9.04.
Parece-me que alguns bugs informados tem a ver com certas dependências
na instalação e terão que ser resolvidos posteriormente, pois muitos
pacotes não foram inclusos na distribuição em CD por falta de espaço,
